What is the conference about?
The waste agenda continues to change. Brussels has adopted a new Waste Framework Directive that will introduce new targets and reinforce the requirement for a comprehensive framework of waste management plans in the UK. Whilst planning authorities are struggling with the new planning system in bringing forward plan.
