Andy Leahy: Andy Leahy set up Bespoke Property Group in 2004 which specialises in providing consultancy services on affordable housing to developers, RSLs, local authorities and the Homes and Communities Agency. Andy is also Chair of A2 Dominion Enterprises which is the open market arm of A2 Dominion targeting the key worker and open sale / rental markets. Andy is a Director of the Affordable Property Trust, a new investment vehicle in Affordable Housing and has been leading discussions with Government and financial institutions about getting private finance into affordable housing and the private rented sector. He is also Landlord of a number of tenanted residential properties.

Simon Devitt: Simon Devitt has thirty five years’ experience with the private sector, local authorities and Registered Providers dealing with the funding, development and management of affordable housing. His roles have included Policy Director responsible for planning the Housing Corporation’s national funding programme; Chief Executive of a Housing Association and Executive Director of a G15 Housing Association (the grouping of London’s largest developing Housing Associations. He joined Bespoke Property Consultants in 2010 working on a wide range of affordable housing projects. He is a Board Member of a housing association and was also formerly a non-executive director of a national mental health service provider.

Robert Fourt: Robert Fourt is a partner in the Gerald Eve planning & development and structured finance teams, based in the West End. He has been with the firm since 1986 and, in the mid-1990s, Robert managed the firm’s Polish operations. He has provided advice on a variety of commercial property throughout England and on mainland Europe. Robert has specialised in the field of development consultancy and finance including project co-ordination, strategic planning, financial and risk analysis, feasibility studies and the funding and bringing forward a wide range of schemes on behalf of public, private and corporate clients. Since 2007 Robert has also been partner responsible for finance and investment research in Gerald Eve.

Mike Fox: Mike Fox joined the Planning Inspectorate in 2007, and spends most of his time examining development plans. Prior to this he was Assistant Environment Director at Torbay Council, and in previous lives he has worked for a range of UK planning authorities, the University of Salford and the Government of Kenya.

Anthony Lee: Anthony Lee is a specialist in affordable housing, with extensive experience in financial modelling, valuation advice and research and consultancy. His clients include public and private sector landowners, developers, local authorities and RSLs. He has recently advised local authority and developer clients on major strategic residential developments, providing a combined total of approximately 20,000 housing units. He also advises NHS trusts and RSLs on the provision of key worker housing. Before joining the business in 2000, Anthony worked in management consultancy and research roles in housing. In 2002, he was awarded a doctorate for research on changes in the role of government as a provider of welfare services, with particular reference to new roles played by the voluntary sector in the ownership and management of council housing

Jim Ward: Jim Ward is a Director of Savills Residential research department. His remit is to make Savills research analysis available to clients, alongside the market knowledge and specialist skills that are offered by Savills development and planning network. Much of his current work is focused on the potential for rental uplift on Affordable Rent Properties, working in partnership with Rightmove to assess market rents, together with affordability, to assess market potential, volatility and risk. He was seconded to the Homes and Communities Agency for the 12 months to October 2010. There he was responsible for strategic analysis of the economics of affordable housing delivery and the wider viability of residential development, to inform policy direction.
